Oftentimes I wonder why is it that the
more a true Christian becomes faithful it seems that more
difficulties are coming up along the way. It seems that life grows
more difficult than it was before.
Persecution comes, friends seems to get
away from you and it seems that there is no one whom you can lean on.
As I thought over these things and
meditate upon the Word of God, I have found out that it is but just
common and normal for a faithful Christian to experience these
things. If you can read what God's Word said, that if anyone would
follow Me (Christ) let him deny himself, take up his cross and follow
Me. Meaning to say, that when you are truthful and faithful being a
Christian, following the will of God, it is but just normal to
undergo these situations.
As we undergo these situations let us
always put in mind that satan will take an opportunity in using these
in order for you to be trap. He will use this as a snare that will
caught you if you cannot stand firm. Here are the things that I
observed as I undergo this situation.

He would use the difficulty as a
reason that God really didn't care for you.
Things will come in your mind that will
tempt you to stop serving God. To stop praying. There are negative
reasons that will rise up that seems look positive. For example; if
God really cares for you, why is it that He can't help you in that
difficult situation, he is God and he should have heard your prayers
and would offer you blessings thatwon't make you doubt of Him being
God.
My brother, don't be trick by these, it
is the devil's work in injecting wrong things that seems right.
Always put in mind that God is a God of help and of great blessings
but He does allow these things to come into your life in order to
test you. To measure how faithful you are to Him despite of all the
hardships and difficulties. Don't worry, because after such great
testing God has preparefor you a blessings.

I remember a certain line in a song
“There shall be showers of blesings, this is the promise of God”.
This is a sure promise fellow Christian,hold on and continue in the
midst of difficulty. God is there, He carries you through.
